Writing End lore basics here, as the title states, note this isn't 100% canon, just a suggestion with some worldbuilding added. Feel free to comment/question/suggest things in the comments, but this thread is for End Lore suggestions !

Ender Lore
The citizens of the end, Endermen, and Endarians live on the end isles, the main for the queen’s guard, and the others for the rest of end civilization. They lived peacefully for many years, conducting experiments, and exploring among the creatures of the overworld, while overall maintaining a peace with most creatures. But once the war of the nine nations broke out, peace was destroyed. They destroyed the end portal, fleeing to the end and effectively cutting off any outside sources from damaging them or their kingdom, protecting them and their queen. Occasionally, they sent out Endermen or Endarian scouts into the overworld for long periods of time, fighting, gathering intel, and avoiding for the most part other peoples. There were kidnappings after the fact and wars broke out.
*One of these many battles was the battle of the inchlings, where they took many inchlings to experiment on. The only one that survived was Nightmare, an Inchling that successfully transformed once given enough experimentation into an Endarian nightmarish hybrid of Inchling and Endarian. She was guarded by one End-born Endarian who did not share her name. Nightmare began to call her Fern, as the green on her clothing reminded her of home, and of the ferns that grew along her hometown villages rivers. * (Specific Player lore for Ferngrove and Nightmare)
Many decades later, a new people had come to inhabit the lands after most of the old legends had died out, they did not know of the end societies, the stories of old being mere legends. Space, one of New Beginnings inhabitants had a vision of the egg of the ender people’s queen, the creature most merely referred to as the ender dragon. She took this as a sign to bring it back and the people of the land of new beginnings and its surrounding countries ventured into the end after finding a portal to activate in an abandoned stronghold. Once the attack began, the Endermen and End Endarians fought tooth and nail, struggling, battling, and scrapping with the players to defend their queen. But to no avail, their queen died, and their egg was stolen. After the great loss they fled to the farthest reaches of the end, abandoning everything that they couldn’t carry with them, including their prisoners. Most prisoners had died by the time the players had gotten to the end cities, but one remained, fed and maintained by an Endarian Warden. What happened next is to be told.

Endarian Types
There are two types of Endarian, Overworld endarians and End-Born Endarians
End-Born
End-Born Endarians live in the end, maintained by their Endermen parent or raised among other Endarians by a single maternal figure, if the parent has passed on. An orphanage of sorts, but not truly. They are second class citizens in the End, as they are not full blooded Endermen, and often are treated as such. They are given jobs that keep them within the end for the most part, as the End society believes if they see the wonders of the overworld they will be tempted to leave permanently.
Overworld
Overworld endarians are generally born from scout endermen and whomever they fall in love with. They are usually raised by either the human/other parent or both endarian and human parents. Their lives are dependent on their parents and how they were raised, but Overworld endarians must be extremely careful of water, and they usually grow up to fear it through natural learning.

End Ranks
There are many ranks of Enderman/Endarian, and here are just a few for notation.
The High Council are a group of full-blood enderman who work under the queen to create laws and enforce them.
The Guardians live on the island with the queen and fight to defend her, along with some Endarians as they are more disposable.
The Scouts search the overworld for enemies and make certain none make it to the portal.
There are also guards who work with alchemists in prisons, classes of guards are lower security guards, high security guards, and then the wardens, who run the prisons and make certain that Alchemists remain safe while experimenting on creatures brought from the overworld.
Other ranks exist, such as normal working class and common people, but those are just a few of the important ones. (if you have rank/class ideas just pop em in a comment down below.)
